Maintenance Supervisor

You will be responsible for leading maintenance operations within a fast-paced food manufacturing facility. This is a highly hands-on role, working directly on production equipment while supporting and overseeing a small team.

The focus is on maintaining uptime, troubleshooting issues quickly, and ensuring all equipment is operating safely and efficiently within a refrigerated production environment.

Duties and Responsibilities Include:

• Perform hands-on maintenance across production and facility equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems
• Supervise and support maintenance technicians on shift
• Manage preventative and reactive maintenance activities
• Diagnose faults, replace components, and minimize downtime
• Maintain and repair refrigeration systems critical to production
• Support production teams to ensure smooth daily operations
• Maintain maintenance logs, parts inventory, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety and food manufacturing standards
• Assist with equipment installs, upgrades, and improvements

Experience Required:

• Experience within food or beverage manufacturing environments
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Hands-on experience with refrigeration systems
• Experience with preventative maintenance systems
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

This position is easily commutable from the following regions Dallas, Grand Prairie, Arlington, Carrollton, Farmers Branch, Coppell.
