We're recruiting for a Manufacturing Engineer to join a leading industrial products manufacturer.

This role focuses on equipment safety, ergonomics, OSHA compliance and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.

What You'll Do

• Support manufacturing fixtures, machinery and tooling
• Review new equipment for safety compliance
• Support FMEA and plant safety programs
• Ensure OSHA and workplace safety compliance
• Conduct plant safety surveys and identify workplace hazards
• Support ergonomics and employee safety initiatives
• Monitor workplace exposure to noise, dust, fumes and other hazards
• Support ISO 14001 and environmental compliance
• Identify unsafe conditions and promote a safety-focused culture
• Drive continuous improvement across manufacturing and safety processes

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of manufacturing equipment and processes
• Understanding of OSHA and workplace safety regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
• Experience with ergonomics, FMEA or plant safety programs preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
