Mold Maintenance/Toolmaker

• Job Title: Mold Maker/Toolmaker – Injection Molding required
• Location: Richfield, WI
• Hours: 6am-2:30pm Monday-Friday (Flexible)
• Salary: $32-36ph+ $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

Direct hire permanent position

Our client are seeking an experienced Mold Maker– Mold Repair to join their manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a highly technical plastics environment, supporting mold maintenance, repair, and continuous improvement across production.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform repair, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance on plastic injection molds
• Work with hot runner systems and complex tooling
• Operate toolroom equipment including, mills, lathes, and surface grinders
• Manufacture or source replacement tooling components as required
• Support continuous improvement and tooling modifications
• Collaborate with internal tooling and engineering teams
• Experience with CNC machines/programming is beneficial

Ideal Candidate

• 4+ years of experience in toolmaking or mold repair
• Strong experience with plastic injection molds
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve tooling issues efficiently
• Experience using manual and CNC toolroom equipment
• Knowledge of injection molding processes and materials
• Apprenticeship (Tool & Die) or equivalent experience preferred
