Job Title: Plant Manager

Location: Sanford, FL

Salary: $120,000 – $150,000 + $20,000 Bonus, relocation assistance available

Our client, a leading industrial printing manufacturing company are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead manufacturing operations at their facility based near Sanford, Florida.

This is a unique leadership opportunity where the successful candidate will work alongside a highly experienced Manufacturing Director during a 30–60 day transition period before taking full ownership of the plant.

About the Facility

• 150,000+ sq ft manufacturing site

• High-volume production environment

• Over 1 billion prints produced annually

• Flexographic and digital printing technologies

• 200+ employees with 13 direct reports across production, scheduling, warehouse, and pre-press teams

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a large multi-department manufacturing team

• Drive Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives

• Improve accountability, operational discipline, and production performance

• Oversee scheduling, production, warehousing, and shipping operations

• Collaborate with engineering, technical, and leadership teams to support growth

Background and Experience

• 10+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing operations

• Background as a Plant Manager, Operations Manager, or Production Manager

• Strong data-driven decision making and process improvement mindset

• Lean manufacturing experience with proven results

• Excellent leadership, communication, and team development skills

• Engineering degree preferred
