Previous sales experience within corrugated sheets, containerboard, paper rolls, and related packaging products is required

We're recruiting for an experienced Sales Account Manager to join a leading paper and corrugated packaging manufacturer.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional to develop new business, manage key accounts and grow market share across the Midwest and Mid-Atlantic, selling corrugated sheets, containerboard, fluting paper, brown paper rolls and related packaging products.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute territory sales strategies to drive revenue growth
• Generate new business with converters, distributors and corrugated packaging manufacturers
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customer accounts
• Negotiate pricing, contracts and commercial agreements
• Partner with Customer Service, Operations and Transportation teams to deliver exceptional customer support
• Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and customer engagement
• Monitor competitor activity and industry trends
• Represent the business at trade shows, customer meetings and industry events
• Grow existing accounts while securing new business opportunities

What We're Looking For

• Previous sales experience within the corrugated packaging, paper or containerboard industry
• Strong knowledge of corrugated sheets, containerboard, fluting paper, brown paper rolls or corrugating medium
• Proven track record of developing new business and exceeding sales targets
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
• Commercially focused with the ability to identify growth opportunities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field, or equivalent industry experience
• Willingness to travel throughout the Midwest and Mid-Atlantic territory
