We are a leading food manufacturing business seeking an experienced Supply Chain Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize end-to-end logistics operations. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring efficient product flow from production through to customer delivery, while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, quality, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all logistics, warehousing, and distribution operations across the site
• Develop and execute supply chain strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels
• Oversee inventory management, demand planning, and stock accuracy
• Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers, carriers, and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with all food safety, regulatory, and quality standards
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across transportation, storage, and distribution processes
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production, procurement, and customer service teams
• Monitor KPIs (OTIF, inventory turns, freight costs) and implement corrective actions
• Lead, develop, and mentor logistics and warehouse teams

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain or logistics management within food manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, transportation, and inventory control
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, or similar)
• Proven leadership experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety standards (FDA, HACCP, GMP) preferred
