We're recruiting for an experienced Sales Manager to join a leading manufacturer of food processing and packaging equipment in Kansas City, MO.

This is an excellent opportunity to lead an Aftermarket Solutions team, develop key customer relationships, and drive aftermarket sales across North America while working closely with Sales, Engineering, Service and Product Management.

What You'll Do

• Lead the Aftermarket Solutions team and manage key customer accounts
• Develop aftermarket account strategies to drive customer retention and revenue growth
• Build long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders
• Drive sales of service contracts, spare parts, upgrades and equipment modifications
• Oversee plant-specific service plans and support program implementation
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Service and Product Management teams
• Monitor team performance against sales and operational targets
• Maintain customer data and reporting through Salesforce CRM
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and customer support

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years' experience in aftermarket services, technical sales or capital equipment support
• 3+ years' technical service experience with industrial or capital equipment
• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Strong customer relationship and account management skills
• Technical understanding of industrial machinery or capital equipment
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Salesforce or similar CRM systems
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering or a related field is preferred
• SAP and protein processing industry experience is an advantage
• Ability to travel approximately 50% across North America with occasional travel to Germany
